When will my order ship? How long does it take to arrive?

Shipping time is 3-4 business days within the United States.

Orders can sometimes take 2-3 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.  We do not ship on weekends.

Where are my items shipping from?

Our items are shipped out directly from our warehouse in Kentucky. 

So where's my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

What should I do if the item I bought broke?

All of our items have a 30 day warranty. Just send us an email with your receipt and a picture of the broken item with the original package it arrived in and we'll be happy to send you a new one!

How do I return something? 

All purchases made through our website are final. We are not offering returns currently due to Covid 19. 

 

What if I still haven't received my items?

We promise, if your package has been lost in shipping, we will send you another one for free. It may take up to 1 week for some orders to arrive, we're so sorry about the long waiting times!
